I simply loved the title of this blog entry. Its been a while since I have been experimenting with Mudras. But then... a few days back... I bumped into this one...The Acceptance Mudra
I do not know the sanskrit name for this mudra. But I understand... that is my starting point.... Before I experiment with the red... This is where I should start.... While I am going through the cycles of denial & excitement associated with any experiment.... I know... I have fallen in love with Mudras.......
