After the health issues of Week3, I made an interesting discovery about my own body. 1 week of inactivity doesn't do much to the body. All it does, is to the mind .... restricting us from reaching our full potential.

Really true. If you ( mind ) wants, it can make the body do 108 also ;)-

Two experiments you can do, to understand the power of mind
ReplyDelete1) Even if you can do 32, for one day tell yourself you will do only 20. and just aim for 20 for that day. then body will start getting tired around 20.
2 ) One day plan for 60, then on that day 32 will be easier than other days. ( if you want to stop by 32, you can or continue for more ).
Do this and let me know. need somebody to test my theory ;)-
