Reflected image

"In the depths of his eyes, my own beauty reflected." 

Caught your breath? Calm now? Now have that glass of water! :-D I still haven't evolved to decode something like this even if it slaps me... I shamelessly flicked it from a book :-D Thanks to book store visit I made with  my friends :-)

But my question is... what will happen to the protagonist when there are no 'his eyes'? =-O
