Out of Mat.....

I have seen hardcore gymers & treadmillers go "wow!" whenever they hit the mat.

Today, when I was out of the mat... I went completely out of breath :-( That too on a mere 50m dash behind Kiddo's school bus!!!

Am far far away from being healthy... :-(

Sigh!

Yes! Kiddo went to school in her school bus... :-)
