He : Fighting tires you out!
He was referring to his Taekwondo practice with his 8yr old daughter. I know nothing about Taekwondo... But I can say this much for sure... Fighting does tire you out!!

hmm , the fighting (physical) I mentioned is different than the fighting(mental ) you are mentioning. Remembering a page from book of eckret tolle ( author of power of now ).
ReplyDeletephysical fight takes the rajas ( need of activity ) in the system, so that there is possibility of mental peace. whereas these mental fights, generated excess energy in the body, and there is no outlet for that energy.
So need "flap your wings" . when swans get into fight ( physical ) mostly because of mental issues, at the end of the fight it flaps its wings, to release the extra energy which got generated .
So next time you feel fighting tires you out, flap your wings ( do some physical activity) , or get a punching bag and box with it :)-
To be honest.... I do feel like punching someone... :-/ When I become a rich girl... I will hire someone to do that... Get punched without retaliating or shaking me off... O:-)
