an excuse to be perfected

Yippeee!!

Finally, after months of trial & errors, I believe, I finally have found a more courteous a way of saying 'No' to interested parties. Where a 'not interested' never worked, I see this one taking effect immediately. To add to this, no more followups on whether the interest base has changed....

Now, I just have to improvise on this reasoning. But for now, I am happy with my new discovery... :-)
