Why 12AM??

Kiddo : I do not understand why they always come at 12 in the night! I will be sleeping & they wake me up. I will be sleepy & blah blah throughout...
She : But thats when you the birthday is
, isn't it? That is when you turn a year older....
Kiddo : How can it be 12 at night? See... I was born at 9.17am. So, how can it be 12am? It should be at 9.17am, isn't it?

Yes!! She is still recovering from all the technicalities she had to handle... And I am still rolling on floor laughing!!!

Btw... Kiddo... How the heck did you know you were born at 9.17am? I myself do not have the minute info!!!! @@
