Dreaming

Me {trying to be as calm as possible} : Did I ask you to follow my instructions?
He : Yes
Me : Did I instruct?
He : Yes
Me : Did you hear me instruct?
He : Yes
Me : Then why did you not follow the instructions?
He {with the sweetest & the most innocent smile ever} : Because I was dreaming

That was a bit of conversation I was having with my 6yr old hero. He comes to me for help with his asanas. He challenges me with his short attention span... every session... every min...

I just loved the innocence of his reply. Wish I could be as honest & upfront like him when it comes my sensitive areas............

Pampering

That was two 8yr olds idea of pampering me. My return gift for making them pizza. It was Kiddo's friend's idea to make me feel special. What did they make??? 

Well.... the red plate had apple, cucumber & honey. The white plate has..... tomatoes, onion, banana & chocolate. Oh! There was also a mug of coffee... loaded with sugar to calm my nerves... :-) 

Kids & their innocence.... :-) :-) :-)

but that is on them, not on you....
closet is no place.....

Sigh!

The Ray Effect

Dad {to his 5yr old son}: Diddo... this is a Pomeranian puppy!
Diddo {equally excited to learn something new}: Dada... will we become x-ray if it bites?

Dad is still alive... & that locality is still reeling under the effects my laughter!!

You know what you have to do. You know exactly what has to be done. Its just that...........

I don't know... its your excuse... you should know why you hide behind that excuse... :-P

Get Well Soon Dear

Kiddo came up with this get well soon fan as she did not have time to make a get well soon card!

My dear... it doesn't feel good to see you like this... but I am clueless on how I can be of use. I am hoping that when it is time... that too will clear up.... 

Till then... lots & lots of hugs for you... and of course kisses too... :-)
